Room Integrity Testing

To function efficiently many fire fighting systems require that the protected enclosure is suitably sealed to retain the design concentration for the correct period of time to control and suppress the fire.

WMFE offers its clients an annual room integrity testing service with full reporting for a wide range of manufacturers systems.

An important benefit of monitoring room integrity is the maintenance of energy efficiency helping clients reduce costs, their carbon footprint and to protect the environment.

We can also provide pressure relief dampers if required on a supply only or a supply and install basis.

All systems are tested in compliance with NFPA 2001,ISO 14520

ISO 14520 states that an enclosure protected by a gaseous extinguishing system must be integrity tested on an annual basis or when changes are made to the enclosure boundary such as new cable penetrations.
